Refund Policy

You may cancel your HerbOS subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to your plan until that date.

All subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period.

Refund requests due to duplicate charges or verified technical errors preventing access may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by contacting support@herbos.app.

HerbOS does not offer free trials. The Free tier is available indefinitely at no cost, and paid plans are billed immediately when you subscribe — so there is no trial period to cancel.
