Refund Policy

You may cancel your HerbOS subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to your plan until that date.

All subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period.

Refund requests due to duplicate charges or verified technical errors preventing access may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by contacting support@herbos.app.

If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
