Harpagide is a minor iridoid constituent that enhances the anti-inflammatory profile of devil's claw through additive NF-κB inhibition and TNF-α suppression. Present in lower concentrations than harpagoside but contributes meaningfully to overall efficacy.
Iridoid glycoside with documented anti-inflammatory and analgesic activity in preclinical studies.
