Research Notes

Cycloastragenol (TA-65) was the first natural compound demonstrated to activate telomerase and extend telomere length in vivo (Harley et al., 2011, Rejuvenation Research). A single-arm study showed increased mean telomere length and improved immune cell profiles over 12 months in healthy adults.
