Mechanism of Action

Stimulates tissue repair and growth through provision of nucleic acid precursors (RNA, DNA); enhances macrophage and T-cell function; promotes beneficial gut bacterial growth; accelerates cellular regeneration

Research Notes

ChlorellaWestern

CGF is unique to chlorella and produced during its rapid growth phase. Animal studies demonstrate accelerated wound healing, enhanced immune response, and improved growth rates in juvenile organisms. Human studies are limited but suggest improved recovery from illness and enhanced immune markers. CGF is concentrated in hot-water extracts of chlorella.
